How do I find properties near my university?
You can use our search filters to find properties near specific universities. Select your university from the location filter, and you'll see all available properties in that area.
What information is included in property listings?
Each property listing includes detailed information such as rent price, location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, available amenities, property condition, and high-quality photos.
How do I save properties I'm interested in?
Simply click the "Save" button on any property card to add it to your saved properties. You can access all your saved properties from your dashboard.
Viewings & Bookings
How do I schedule a property viewing?
Click on "View Details" for any property, then use the "Schedule Viewing" button to select your preferred date and time. The property owner will confirm your viewing request.
Can I reschedule or cancel a viewing?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a viewing up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Go to your dashboard's "Viewings" section to manage your appointments.
What happens after a viewing?
After the viewing, you can submit a rental application if you're interested in the property. The property owner will review your application and contact you with their decision.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
How is my personal information protected?
We take data protection seriously. Your information is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with Botswana's data protection laws and never share your data with third parties without your consent.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This will permanently remove all your data from our system.
